Membership Overview
A 10 week program for young people aged between 10 and 17 that will prepare them for a lifetime of wellbeing. Junior Method will develop a great base and understanding of movement as well as undertaking a variety of activities to improve agility, balance, anaerobic and aerobic capacity, and flexibility. Children with elite sporting abilities will also be able to increase their fitness levels through the program.

- Full term commitment
- Parents are required to sign a permission form and contract for their child to participate
Cost $200 upfront payment for full term.
