Held in the luxurious surrounds of Hale, you’ll enjoy the comfort of individual, luxe, organic cotton futons, blankets and pillows—so all you need to do is arrive.

The harmonious vibrations from instruments such as crystal singing bowls, drums and chimes work to relax the nervous system and slow down brain waves, inducing the relaxation response, promoting a meditative state that encourages deep rest, mindfulness, and tranquillity.

Under Kristy’s gentle guidance, learn to cultivate a sense of calm and self-connection, reduce stress, enhance focus and improve sleep quality.  Whether you’re new to sound meditation or a seasoned pro, our sessions offer a peaceful sanctuary to relax, reflect and recharge.

Join us every Wednesday evening and Saturday morning, for a rejuvenating experience that fits your schedule.
