The Next Phase program is tailored 12-week fitness program designed to help maintain independence and develop habits that prevent falls that may lead to injury.
The program will develop strength, movement, balance and flexibility. Each class is set to reduce stress, tension and pain, along with boosting energy levels, enhancing coordination and building confidence.
Delivered by qualified trainers, the program includes a combination of modified functional strength training and Pilates mat work. Workouts will incorporate many different types of fitness training to assist in improving cardiovascular health, increase bone density and muscle mass, strengthen the pelvic floor, and improve flexibility and mobility. The benefits of the program are holistic, and the variety of workouts keep interest levels up.
