Metholodogy

The Hale Junior Method is a 10-week program for young people – aged between 10 and 17 – that will prepare them for a lifetime of wellbeing.

Participants will train after school, from 4:00pm on Tuesdays, using the state-of-the-art facilities at Hale Gym.

The Method programming is scaled and adapted to each participant’s level of fitness whilst undertaking a variety of activities to improve agility, balance, anaerobic and aerobic capacity, and flexibility. Children with elite sporting abilities will also be able to increase their fitness levels through the program.

All classes are facilitated by a qualified Hale trainer.

MEMBERSHIP

  • Hale Junior Method is a 10-week program
  • Class times are 4:00pm–4.45pm every Tuesday during school term
  • Members must commit to the entire 10-week program
  • Payment can be made upfront or weekly via direct debit
  • Parents are required to sign a permission form and contract for their child to participate
